Here are a couple of recipes on how to make your own carpet deodorizer that is safe to use and easy to make:

Carpet Freshener

Ingredients:

20 drops cinnamon leaf (essential oil)

40 drops sweet orange (essential oil)

40 drops lavender french (essential oil)

1 cup baking soda

Mix ingredients in a container. Cover and set aside for 24 hours. Sprinkle mixture on carpet, and leave for 10 minutes. Vacuum.

Your SIGNATURE Scented Carpet Deodorizer:

1 tsp essential oil (your choice)

1 pound box baking soda

Mix using a fork to workout lumps. Sprinkle on carpet. Vacuum after one hour.
